Day 6 of the 30 Day Shred is under my belt.   It is getting easier.  Soon on to level 2.

Ummm thought I posted this yesterday ran 2.54 miles in the rain and then did 30DS L1D5

Got the 30 Day Shred workout done for the day!  I skip 2 days but right back at it!

Not a good run yesterday, but I ran.

5/20  2.83 mi Run / Jog 35:07 191 kCal 12:24 min/mi

I’m happy I made it that far yesterday.  I’ve been under a lot of stress in the past 2 weeks and a result have not been eating much.  I definitely felt it yesterday.

I guess the good news is, it is fading. I’m starting to feel better.

‎2.54 mi Run 29:54 200 kCal 11:47 min/mi and finally found the right ratio (3x1). Yep purposely slow then the 30 Day Shred workout. What a way to start my day!

I did it again.  Just completed the second day of level 1 of the 30 Day Shred.  calves are a little sore from yesterday but not bad.

Just completed the first day of level 1 of the 30 Day Shred.  I did it!! 

I need to continue just lost 5 pounds due to stress.   Puts me at my goal, but how do i keep it off.  By working hard at it!
